Gently place your rational mind in the passenger seat, and access the wisdom and intelligence of your body through the felt sense, a concept introduced by philosopher and psychologist Eugene Gendlin.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss a remarkable process of self-inquiry called “Focusing”, explore the steps together as a group, and learn how you can integrate it into your daily practice.
